We think of them as global spirits, like ourselves. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>We are looking for an experienced </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Digital Marketing Educator / Industry Professional</span></span><span> to teach our </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Introduction to Digital Marketing</span></span><span> course for learners aged </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>16+</span></span><span>. </span><span>This is a </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>beginner-friendly, project-based course</span></span><span> designed for students with </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>no prior experience</span></span><span>. </span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>During this 30-hour programme learners explore real companies, analyse real world challenges and opportunities, and work in teams to develop and present a Digital Marketing Audit</span><span> for a real company. </span><span>The course is designed to build confidence with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">D</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>igital Marketing terminology, strategic thinking, teamwork, and presentation skills</span></span><span> from the ground up.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The programme will be running for 6 weeks from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">15th June  - 24th July. Sessions will  be held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons 1pm-4pm. </span></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key tasks and responsibilities: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take attendance and keep a record of work.</li>\n<li>Deliver an engaging and interactive class on various aspects of Digital Marketing.</li>\n<li>Actively integrate the use of AI tools into the curriculum</li>\n<li>Offer professional insights into tools and methods.</li>\n<li>Update materials to reflect current practice and trends and to meet students' needs</li>\n<li>Highlight to the students, the skills needed to thrive as a Digital Marketing professional.</li>\n<li>Engage with students by setting them fun and practical mini activities.</li>\n<li><span>Provide formative feedback on teamwork, project development, and presentation skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, qualifications and experience:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Essential</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A postgraduate qualification (Master’s or above) in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Digital Marketing</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> or a related discipline</span></span><span>, or equivalent senior industry experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience teaching or training </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>beginner-level learners</span></span><span>, ideally students aged 16+</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong knowledge of </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>marketing strategy, brand storytelling, use of AI, and content marketing </span></span></li>\n<li><span>Experience supporting students through </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>project-based, collaborative, or inquiry-led learning</span></span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to teach concepts in an accessible way to an </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>international cohort of second-language English speakers</span></span></li>\n<li><span>Availability to teach during the programme dates and location specified</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Desirable</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience teaching summer schools, pre-university, pathway, or widening participation programmes</span></li>\n<li><span>Teaching qualification or HE teaching accreditation (PGCHE, FHEA, MA in HE Practice, DipTESOL, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span>Industry experience in the field of Digital Marketing</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with some of the more technical areas of DM, such as Analytics, Website Optimization or SEO</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Skills and Attributes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A passion for making concepts engaging and relevant for first-time learners</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to deliver dynamic, highly practical sessions with strong real-world relevance</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communicator who can make complex business ideas clear and accessible</span></li>\n<li><span>Skilled at creating inclusive learning environments for multicultural and multilingual cohorts</span></li>\n<li><span>Enthusiasm for helping students build confidence, curiosity, and commercial awareness</span></li>\n<li><span>Comfortable supporting learners with both analytical discussion and project coaching</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Legal Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Eligibility to work in the UK</span></li>\n<li><span>Enhanced DBS Disclosure</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This job description is provided as a guide to the role.
