Your leadership ensures our resort remains safe, functional, and welcoming for every guest and owner.</p><p>As a<strong> Engineering Supervisor</strong>, you will:</p><ul><li>Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring all resort units and public areas are in top condition</li><li>Coordinate schedules, assign daily tasks, and balance business needs with employee requests</li><li>Train, mentor, and develop your team for success</li><li>Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety</li><li>Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests with efficiency and courtesy</li><li>Manage budgets, records, payroll, and departmental operations</li><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies</li><li>Step in and assist with hands-on maintenance when needed</li><li>Handle additional responsibilities as assigned</li></ul><p>To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of&#xa0;<strong>integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic</strong>.
