    "description": "<p>📍 <em>Los Angeles county CA</em> | 🕒 <em>Full-Time</em> | 💼 <em>PALS, Inc.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PALS, Inc.</span> is hiring a full-time <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</span> to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities—many of whom have experienced trauma—at our Downey location.</p>\n<p>We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician committed to trauma-informed, person-centered care. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will be based out of our Downey office and will provide support to persons in our El Monte and Downey offices. Some work may be performed remotely.
