This role is responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards and client expectations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why work for H&K Group, Inc.? </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience</li>\n <li>100% Company-paid Health Benefits</li>\n <li>401(k) Savings and Investment Plan</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement programs available to qualifying employees for approved programs</li>\n <li>Additional training programs including on the job, online through H&K Academy, manufacturer offered training, and more</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls</li>\n <li>Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams</li>\n <li>Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure scope compliance</li>\n <li>Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services</li>\n <li>Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NEC codes, and company safety policies</li>\n <li>Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders</li>\n <li>Support field leadership to resolve technical, schedule, or labor challenges</li>\n <li>Ensure timely project closeout, including as‑builts, O&M manuals, and final billing</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills, Education, and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>\n <li>Experience with commercial, industrial, and/or institutional projects preferred</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>1-2 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering or design.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with cloud point data and 3D scanning technologies.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of fabrication processes and the ability to create precise drawing packages.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure precise and accurate engineering designs.</li>\n <li>Possession of an Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) certification or actively working towards obtaining it</li>\n <li>A desire to grow professionally, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibilities as you develop your skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand, walk, and sit as required for project needs.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift and move items relevant to job responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Exposure to outdoor weather conditions on occasion.</li>\n <li>Moderate noise levels in the work environment.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work more than 40 hours per week when project demands require it.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The Blooming Glen Contractors, Inc.
