As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in implementation and development of functional behavior assessments and evidence-based treatment plans (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland)</li>\n <li>Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback</li>\n <li>Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active BCaBA certification and Virginia state licensure (or eligibility)</li>\n <li>Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field</li>\n <li>At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum (new graduates considered with strong training support)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
