Communication, compassion, continuous learning, and mutual respect are at the core of how we practice.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Our Hospital</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Built in 2018, our modern general practice includes:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>4 exam rooms </li>\n <li>1 treatment area </li>\n <li>Surgery suite </li>\n <li>Digital radiology & dental radiology </li>\n <li>Ultrasound </li>\n <li>9 small kennels & 3 large runs </li>\n <li>Paper-lite workflow with strong technical support </li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are a <strong>90% small animal / 10% exotics</strong> hospital—an increasingly unique and valued service in our region. We also partner with an <strong>in-house orthopedic surgeon</strong>, allowing us to offer advanced procedures at more accessible pricing while creating strong learning opportunities for our doctors.</p>\n<p>We proudly support local rescues including Wolf Connection, SoCal French Bulldog Rescue, Sweet Angel Dog Rescue, and Studio Animal Services.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule & Workflow</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monday–Friday: 8 am–5 pm</li>\n <li>Saturday: 8am–3pm </li>\n <li>Closed Sundays </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our doctor schedule is structured to support balance, efficiency, and surgical growth:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>One DVM performs <strong>surgery/dentals (8am–12pm)</strong>, then appointments (1pm–5pm) </li>\n <li>One DVM runs <strong>appointments all day</strong> </li>\n <li>Roles rotate to ensure all doctors receive consistent surgical exposure </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Each DVM receives <strong>at least 2 surgery days per week</strong>, and there are always <strong>2 doctors on site for support and collaboration</strong>.</p>\n<p>We are seeking full-time (4–5 days/week), though part-time may be considered. Friday and Saturday coverage is especially important.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Culture & Team Environment</strong></p>\n<p>Our team is close-knit, energetic, and deeply supportive.
