    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "What to Expect in the Role:\n<ul>\n <li>Operate company-owned and leased trucks over 4 tons to facilitate shipping and receiving operations.</li>\n <li>Operate trucks for the delivery, pickup, and relocation of Sod and materials.</li>\n <li>Perform required before, during, and after operation “user maintenance” and provide required reports.</li>\n <li>Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.</li>\n <li>Operate all Material Handling Equipment (MHE)</li>\n <li>Maintain all required certifications required by DOT, OSHA, and company safety programs.</li>\n <li>Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition.</li>\n <li>Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.</li>\n</ul>What We Will Be Needing From You:&nbsp;\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Class A CDL required with a minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li>\n <li>Must have only one valid commercial driver’s license.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid medical certificate.</li>\n <li>Ability to always operate and maintain equipment safely.</li>\n <li>Ability to know how to safely load, block, brace, and secure cargo.</li>\n <li>Ability to make overnight runs as required by shipping needs.</li>\n <li>Must be able to learn to operate all MHE used by the company.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and comply with posted work rules and procedures.</li>\n <li>Understanding and carrying out oral instructions.</li>\n <li>The capacity to acquire the knowledge and skills required to operate small motor equipment proficiently.</li>\n</ul>",
