    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the development, deployment, and management of our AI Factory, a critical infrastructure that enables the company to unlock value from data and transform healthcare practices through artificial intelligence (AI). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and operating a scalable and efficient AI Factory that supports the company's AI strategy, ensuring seamless execution of the AI life cycle. This is a cross-functional role responsible for driving the identification, working with the Technology organization in development, and deployment of AI solutions across our health plan organization. This high-visibility position will play a critical role in guiding and transforming our organization through AI-powered innovation, ensuring strategic alignment, and delivering measurable return on investment (ROI).</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Co-Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and growth.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop AI-powered solutions.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Work with stakeholders to prioritize AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Work closely and collaborate with the technology organization to ensure solutions developed align with the business aspirations and can scale across the enterprise.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team to deploy and drive adoption of AI strategies across the organization.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise, technologies, and services to enhance the AI Factory.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and implement AI governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational values.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Identify and mitigate AI-related risks, such as bias, data quality, and security - internally and with third parties.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure the AI Factory infrastructure and operations meet the company's security and compliance standards, protecting sensitive data and AI models.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and execute a deployment strategy to ensure AI solutions are integrated into business operations.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Drive adoption and usage of AI solutions across the organization, ensuring successful change management while coordinating closely with the Technology Organization.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of AI investments.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Analyze and report on AI solution performance, identifying areas for improvement.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with data scientists and engineers within the Technology organization to develop, deploy, and manage AI models, ensuring seamless integration with business applications.</p><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or additional related work experience.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;10+ years of experience in IT, AI, or data science, with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a health plan or payer environment.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;3+ years of experience with AI/ML experience in solution development, deployment, or adoption, preferably in a healthcare setting.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Proficiency in languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Java.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Familiarity with data management principles, including data warehousing, data lakes, and data governance.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, with experience in change management and organizational transformation.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Preferred:</strong><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Master's degree<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including health plans, payers, and providers.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with healthcare IT systems, including EHRs, claims processing, and care management.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with cloud-based AI solutions, including AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, or Google Cloud AI Platform.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with data science tools, including Jupyter Notebooks, Apache Spark, or Hadoop.</p><p>General Physical Demands<br>Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.
