This position ensures coordinated patient care, compliance with DoD/DHA policies, and efficient clinic operations.</p>\n<h2><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>U.S. Citizen</strong></li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Healthcare</strong> or <strong>Healthcare Management</strong> (no equivalency allowed)</li>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Word and Excel</strong></li>\n <li>Fluent in English; strong communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to sit/stand for extended periods</li>\n</ul>\n<p>No certifications, licensure, or board certification required beyond BLS if applicable.</p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage the PRMC TBI Program and support ~4,820 administrative actions annually.</li>\n <li>Ensure smooth beneficiary check‑in, scheduling, and follow-up coordination.</li>\n <li>Implement and monitor DoD, DHA, and MEDCOM TBI policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain program <strong>Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</strong>.</li>\n <li>Maintain communication with staff, leadership, families, and external agencies.</li>\n <li>Serve as primary point of contact for <strong>Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metrics (ANAM)</strong> testing, including surge support for deployment-related assessments.</li>\n <li>Liaise with OTSG TBI Program Manager, VA, MTF Program Managers, and other military health partners.</li>\n <li>Conduct quarterly workload and productivity analyses and provide reports to the Designated Government Representative.</li>\n <li>Maintain DHA MEDIG compliance and update assessment materials.</li>\n <li>Track departmental training records and ensure required training completion.</li>\n <li>Ensure ANAM equipment functionality and coordinate with the Neurocognitive Assessment Branch.</li>\n <li>Support clinic safety, readiness requirements, and policy implementation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Desired Skills</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong organizational and communication abilities</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced medical environment</li>\n <li>Familiarity with military healthcare preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>For more information contact:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Betty Fisk</strong></p>\n<p><strong>314-744-4130</strong></p>\n<p><strong>[email protected]</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Company Overview:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>At Spectrum, we utilize over thirty-five years of experience providing optimal solutions for federal agencies that are both innovative and cost-effective.
