The Facilities/Maintenance Lead will build relationships to create a healthy environment for all staff and members of the YMCA by working to support the janitorial and cleaning, maintenance, and grounds needs of the facility. The position consists of day to day leadership and organization of the facilities team while also thoroughly communicating with other departments about ongoing needs or projects. Ongoing needs and projects include, but aren&#8217;t limited to, the daily turnover and maintenance of our Short Term Rental Cabins in the morning and handling any maintenance and facilities concern throughout the day.
