and<span> </span></span><span>maintain</span><span><span> </span>strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and customer projects</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Prepare<span> </span></span><span>accurate</span><span><span> </span>quantity take-offs and pricing estimates for curtain wall, window wall, storefront, and other glazing systems</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and availability for materials and services</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop and<span> </span></span><span>submit</span><span><span> </span>bid proposals within tight timelines</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Collaborate with project managers, designers, and site supervisors to align project expectations and cost Diploma, Construction Engineering Technologies Diploma, Estimating Certificate, education in a related field or equivalent work
