To learn more about Valeris, please visit www.valeris.com.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Sr. Director Hub Designer, bridges the gap between business development and operations for Mercalis. The position is part of the organization’s Design & Implementation team and the role is responsible for driving the successful design and cross-functional execution of newly awarded patient support programs. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Subject Matter Expert in Reimbursement Support with a strong understanding of Patient Affordability, understands capabilities, can lead timeline discussions to facilitate the design and launch of new client programs</li>\n <li>Supports new and existing program design and implementation processes across assigned Mercalis services</li>\n <li>Lead and coordinate with Mercalis resources for the detailed design of client programs as the primary point of contact, navigating with both client and internal stakeholders throughout the program design phase for all contracted Mercalis services</li>\n <li>Gather detailed operational and IT requirements to support program scoping, pricing, and implementation</li>\n <li>Lead discussions and collect requirements information with clients needed for program design</li>\n <li>Build design documentation in collaboration with client, internal stakeholders, and other vendors</li>\n <li>Develop and review recommended processes, systems, technology, and roles with the client for each of the Mercalis proposed solutions</li>\n <li>Submit work requests via designated ticketing system to appropriate service owner(s)</li>\n <li>Partner with internal service & product owner(s) as a consultant in the development and/or configuration of implementation deliverables to ensure adherence to the program or service design</li>\n <li>Stay connected to the operations and IT teams on process and system upgrades to ensure the latest technology is implemented with our new client onboarding projects</li>\n <li>Serve as a resource for program stakeholders who are responsible for implementation deliverables</li>\n <li>Facilitate and lead the distribution of requirements to internal and external stakeholders who will be responsible for completing implementation deliverables</li>\n <li>Coordinate evaluation of custom requirements with client and internal stakeholders</li>\n <li>Partner with project managers to ensure adherence to deliverables and timelines</li>\n <li>Obtain final approval and sign off for all program elements with internal and external stakeholders</li>\n <li>Conduct lessons learned and create recommendations and reports to identify successful and unsuccessful program design</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant industry experience in supporting, program managing or operating patient support programs</li>\n <li>5 to 10 years of experience in a reimbursement support or design capacity supporting patient support programs including all aspects such as project management, risk mitigation, execution, and program closure</li>\n <li>Exceptional organizational skills required to lead, prioritize, and execute multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously to completion</li>\n <li>Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change</li>\n <li>Ability to command a group of individuals in a room quickly and assertively while maintaining positive relationships.</li>\n <li>Lead and direct internal and external teams in a cross-functional capacity and ability to align cross-functional resources to a common goal</li>\n <li>Business acumen to understand the value Mercalis solutions bring to our clients and have the ability to become the client advocate within Mercalis</li>\n <li>Strong time management and multi-tasking skills to successfully execute on program execution</li>\n <li>Excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)</li>\n <li>Ability to interact with a diverse team including executives, managers, and subject matter experts (SME)</li>\n <li>Must be skilled at conflict resolution and proficient at delivering tough messages to clients and internal team members</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours to make project deliverables and program launches successful</li>\n <li>Ability to travel up to 20% of the time</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Work for Valeris?</strong></p>\n<p>We’re committed to supporting the well-being and success of our team members.
