    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Fleetway is seeking <strong>Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analysts</strong> to support Canada’s next-generation naval fleet. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead and coordinate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Availability, Reliability &amp; Maintainability (AR&amp;M) activities, helping shape engineering designs and life cycle support products for complex systems and equipment.</p>\n<p>Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, you’ll also develop maintenance strategies and sparing solutions, analyze data, forecast demand, and ensure the right parts are available at the right time.
