The ideal candiate will have previous experience working in a laboratory and supervising employees in a lab facility.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p><p>1.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Supervise the day-to-day activities of the internal testing facility and personnel.</p><p>2.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Provide continuous training to all lab personnel to ensure work is completed with the highest level of competence.</p><p>3.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Support and mentor subordinates to assist in their professional development.</p><p>4.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Conduct performance evaluations &amp; improvement plans for all lab personnel.</p><p>5.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Prioritize the daily workflow for technicians and engineers to ensure timely completion of work orders.</p><p>6.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ensure all testing procedures comply with appropriate internal and external standards.</p><p>7.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Coordinate and assist customers and vendors on a wide variety of quality concerns including Failure Analysis and Corrective Actions.</p><p>8.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Actively participate &amp; assist with quality audits and on-site customer visits.</p><p>9.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Develop test plans to meet customer specific standards and requirements</p><p>10.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ensure all current policies, procedures and directives are followed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>1.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>4-year engineering degree</p><p>2.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Five years hands on inspection and testing of electronic components</p><p>3.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Proven ability to train and develop lab technicians and component engineers</p><p>4.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products.</p><p>5.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</p><p>6.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Possess a strong background in quality control inspection &amp; authentication of electronic components.</p><p>7.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, subordinates, and all levels of management.</p><p><br></p><p>We offer a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, vacation, personal/sick days, and 401(k) plan with 50% company match.
