          "text": "<p><strong>Job Description/Role Overview</strong><br>\n- We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Project Manager to lead a U.S.-based&#xa0;<br>\nretail and production ERP transformation program. This role owns end-to-end delivery governance,&#xa0;<br>\nscope/change control, and integrated planning aligned to SAP Activate. A key focus of this role is managing&#xa0;<br>\nthe complexities of integrating retail operations with production sites, ensuring seamless execution across&#xa0;<br>\nmanufacturing, supply chain, and customer-facing workstreams.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>\n- Program Governance: Establish and operate the governance framework (Steering Committee, RAID,&#xa0;<br>\nDecision Logs). Ensure reporting structures capture both retail and production-level KPIs.<br>\n- Scope &amp; Change Control: Maintain strict Phase 1 scope boundaries. Manage Change Requests (CR) with a&#xa0;<br>\nspecific focus on the impact of manufacturing process changes on the global template.<br>\n- Integrated Planning (SAP Activate): Manage the Master Schedule (Prepare–Explore–Realize–Deploy).&#xa0;<br>\nProactively address bottlenecks in production site readiness and resource availability.<br>\n- Production &amp; Retail Integration: Oversee the alignment between manufacturing/production sites and&#xa0;<br>\nretail distribution. Ensure that production planning (PP), inventory valuation, and supply chain&#xa0;<br>\nworkstreams are synchronized.<br>\n- Vendor &amp; Partner Management: Coordinate SI partners and third-party vendors (POS, WMS, Factory&#xa0;<br>\nAutomation/MES, etc.). Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria.<br>\n- Testing &amp; Cutover Leadership: Lead SIT/UAT planning and defect triage. Develop a comprehensive Cutover&#xa0;<br>\nRunbook that accounts for production downtime and inventory transition at manufacturing sites.<br>\n- Adoption &amp; Change Management: Enforce \"Fit-to-Standard\" principles. Establish data ownership&#xa0;<br>\nguidelines to transition production sites from legacy/manual processes to standardized SAP Cloud&#xa0;<br>\nworkflows.<br>\n- Commercial Management: Manage contract milestones, SOWs, and the commercial impact of scope&#xa0;<br>\nchanges for the Prime contract.</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
