Join our dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve!</p><p><u><strong>Position Description</strong></u></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Director of Data Operations to utilize advanced data management skills to lead our payroll and Medicaid billing processes with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong data management and organizational skills, the ability to analyze financial data, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with billing regulations.</p><p><u><strong>Position Overview</strong></u></p><p>The Director of Data Operations is responsible for data collection/data management, processing payroll using advanced data management techniques, submitting Medicaid billing, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, <u><strong>strong PowerQuery skills</strong></u>, and the ability to troubleshoot discrepancies.
