    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Substance Use Disorder Paraprofessional</span><br></p>\n<p>Momentum Center, LLC 3.1 Substance Use Disorder Residential Treatment Program</p>\n<p>The Substance Use Disorder Paraprofessional position is a direct care employee.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities for position are as follows but not limited to</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor the daily behavioral management program in relation to program policies and procedures</li>\n<li>Ensure and monitor client participation within the program expectations while managing day-to-day client interactions</li>\n<li>Administer urinalysis and breathalyzers</li>\n<li>General housekeeping</li>\n<li>Handles multiple priorities.</li>\n<li>Independent discretion/decision making within the scope and responsibility of the position.</li>\n<li>Manages emotions and can make decision under pressure.</li>\n<li>Manages stress appropriately.</li>\n<li>Works alone effectively.</li>\n<li>Works effectively near others and/or in a distracting environment.</li>\n<li>Works effectively with others /teamwork.</li>\n<li>Able to solve problems but also able and willing to seek assistance when necessary.</li>\n<li>Must be a team player willing to show flexibility and is self-motivated.</li>\n<li>Mandated reporter.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Flexible to changing situations.</li>\n<li>Ability to listen, analyze and record information.</li>\n<li>Establish rapport and impart caring and empathy while remaining objective and professional in relationship.</li>\n<li>Sensitivity to client needs.</li>\n<li>Ability to work with all cultures, use culturally competent</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Must - haves:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cleared Background Study through MN DHS.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Nice-to-haves:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft 365 Experience</li>\n<li>First Aid/CPR Certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The Substance Use Disorder Paraprofessional position is an integral position due to the amount of client interaction.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Schedule:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 hour shift<br></li>\n<li>Holidays</li>\n<li>Weekends ONLY; Friday-Sunday</li>\n</ul>",
