Willing to train the right individual. Experience in casual and formal dining is a plus. Days and hours worked will vary. Complimentary meal, golf privileges, and tips.</p>\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Sets and cleans dining room tables before, during, and after meal service.</p>\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> include the following. Other duties may be assigned whether or not in this job description, at any time, by the F&amp;B Director or designee.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Supports the goals and objectives of the Company and in accordance with the Company&#39;s commitment to Total Customer Satisfaction, must have professional, service-oriented attitude at all times.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Follows safe work practices at all times.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Must adhere to schedule, report to work on time, well-groomed and wearing a clean uniform.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Serves water and bread as member/guests are seated. Maintains bread and water service throughout the evening for each table.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Assists servers in their tasks and with carrying food trays to tables.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Stocks server&#39;s station with supplies.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Sets upside station and performs assigned side work at beginning/end of each shift.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Removes soiled dishes and finished glassware from table; brings to dish washing area.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Removes soiled linen and replaces with clean linen.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Sets tables with polished silverware, glassware and clean linen.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Keeps tables, dining room, and bus station clean and orderly.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period; performs cleanup and closing duties as assigned by supervisor.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Keeps ice bins filled.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Attends all service staff meetings as requested by the F&amp;B Director or General Manager.</p>\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p>\r\n",
