Accurately document evaluations across a variety of diagnoses and health scenarios. Assess acute injuries or illnesses and refer employees to physicians or specialists for advanced care when needed. Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of occupational health services. Lead and support staff by ensuring ongoing development, regulatory compliance, and productivity. Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical and operational regulations and standards. Manage and safeguard all occupational health records, equipment, and program-related materials to ensure security and integrity.
