In this position, you will:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and illnesses, applying clinical judgment to perform comprehensive risk and health assessments.</li>\n <li>Accurately document evaluations across a variety of diagnoses and health scenarios.</li>\n <li>Assess acute injuries or illnesses and refer employees to physicians or specialists for advanced care when needed.</li>\n <li>Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of occupational health services.</li>\n <li>Lead and support staff by ensuring ongoing development, regulatory compliance, and productivity.
