Description

Social Media Coordinator, Home & Culinary New York, NY (Hybrid) Marquee Brands is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of social media across its Home & Culinary portfolio. This role will focus on content creation, publishing, community management, and performance tracking, working closely with the Social & Digital Marketing Manager to bring campaigns and always-on content to life. This position is highly executional but requires strong creative judgment, organization, and platform fluency. The ideal candidate understands how to make content feel native to each platform while maintaining brand consistency across food, home, entertaining, and lifestyle categories. Here’s what you will do Content Creation & Publishing Create and edit social-first content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and carousels (light editing experience in tools like CapCut and Canva) Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest Support optimization of content for each platform (formatting, captions, trending audio and timing) Maintain and execute against content calendars to ensure timely publishing Community Management Monitor comments, DMs, and tagged content across platforms Engage with audiences in a timely, brand-appropriate voice Identify opportunities to drive engagement and conversation Escalate customer service or sensitive inquiries to internal teams Content Organization & Campaign Support Maintain organized content libraries and ensure assets are platform-ready Coordinate incoming assets from internal teams, agencies, and partners Support execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and partnerships Assist in preparing content for influencer amplification and paid usage Reporting & Performance Tracking Pull and track performance data using Dash Social and native analytics Assist in building monthly and campaign recaps Monitor engagement trends and top-performing content Provide observations and learnings to support content optimization You’ll need this 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends Experience with content creation + light editing Familiarity with: Social Media Scheduling Platforms Canva / CapCut Strong organizational and time management skills Clear, concise writing with an understanding of brand voice Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines Ideal candidate Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable executing quickly in a fast-paced environment Proactive and solutions-oriented Passionate about food, home, entertaining, and lifestyle content Has an eye for what makes content perform, not just look good Marquee Brands Benefits and Perks You'll enjoy coming to work because we have a refreshing company culture that is open, eager, fun and global Competitive salary, commission and bonus structure Healthcare Benefits including dental and vision Long-term disability (LTD) Flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) Life insurance Paid Vacation Action Days - two (2) fully paid “Marquee In Action" days each calendar year to dedicate their time to a charity or cause of their choice.
