This role will be responsible for supervising employees and performing all aspects necessary for the manufacturing processes used in the manufacturing of Turbine Engine components.</p><p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Stuart, FL &ndash; On Site. Weekend 2nd Shift, Friday to Sunday, 6 PM to 6 AM. (15% Shift Differential)</p><p>This role requires up to 5% travel, including visits to other company sites, suppliers, or industry events as needed.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ensures the training of all the employees assigned to his/her shift.</li><li>Ensures that the production priorities are met.</li><li>Ensures that all of the quality requirements are established and met.</li><li>Ensures that all of the equipment is maintained and operational.</li><li>Ensures that all of the necessary supplies are available to the employees.</li><li>Responsible for personnel activities during his/her shift.</li><li>Ensures that the Productivity Records are maintained and reported in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensures that the employee attendance is maintained at a satisfactory level.</li><li>Responsible for employee discipline and attendance.</li><li>Maintains a business-like, productive and disciplined work environment.</li><li>Supervisory responsibilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties may be assigned as necessary.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.</li><li>Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Proficient in geometric tolerancing.&nbsp;</li><li>Has the necessary computer skills and is familiar with Lean Manufacturing.</li><li>Ability to work well with people and possess the skills in problem solving, situation assessment and conflict resolution.&nbsp;</li><li>The Manufacturing Supervisor must be ready to deal with a particular situation, decide upon a course of action and implement swiftly so as to return to the normal working environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to oversee several simultaneous projects with the proper delegating skills and the precise amount of involvement without interference, allowing the specifically designated personnel to perform their tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to communicate verbally and have the ability to hear.&nbsp;</li><li>The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop or crouch.&nbsp;</li><li>The employee is occasionally required to sit.&nbsp;</li><li>The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to thirty (30) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.</li></ul><p><strong>Acknowledgements:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
