font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Description</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Take direction and collaborate effectively with your Foreman or Site Supervisor</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Work on-site with a crew of 2-4 in a fast-paced environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">General on-site laboring duties that include but are not limited to prepping construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards, stripping doors and windows, pumping water, hoarding, and tarping, putting up signs, loading and unloading material, mixing and pouring, and any other site labor that may be required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Safely operate a variety of equipment (zoom boom, skid steer, etc.) to load, unload and move materials and product</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Support carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled laborers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Adhere to all company policies and procedures</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(155, 174, 136);
