Broad skills required in mechanical and electromechanical systems including experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;PLCs,&nbsp;AC &amp;&nbsp;DC&nbsp;drives.&nbsp;The&nbsp;person&nbsp;must&nbsp;be&nbsp;able&nbsp;to&nbsp;perform&nbsp;basic&nbsp;welding.</li><li>The industrial maintenance supervisor reports to the Plant Manager at the manufacturing facility.&nbsp;</li></ul><h1>RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;MAY INCLUDE:</h1><ul><li>Training&nbsp;and&nbsp;supervising&nbsp;maintenance&nbsp;personnel&nbsp;who&nbsp;report&nbsp;to&nbsp;you&nbsp;using&nbsp;safe&nbsp;work&nbsp;practice</li><li>Oversee&nbsp;all&nbsp;maintenance&nbsp;within&nbsp;the&nbsp;plant&nbsp;facility&nbsp;to&nbsp;include&nbsp;building,&nbsp;vehicles,&nbsp;heavy equipment, and production equipment:<ol><li>Execute&nbsp;plant&nbsp;maintenance&nbsp;safely&nbsp;and&nbsp;in&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;with&nbsp;company&nbsp;policies&nbsp;and procedures</li><li>Coordinate&nbsp;major&nbsp;maintenance&nbsp;work&nbsp;or&nbsp;turnarounds&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;Plant&nbsp;Manager</li><li>Supervise&nbsp;contractors&nbsp;performing&nbsp;base&nbsp;plant&nbsp;maintenance</li><li>Complete&nbsp;job&nbsp;plan&nbsp;requests,&nbsp;work&nbsp;orders&nbsp;and&nbsp;job&nbsp;completion&nbsp;forms</li></ol></li><li>Performing&nbsp;other&nbsp;duties&nbsp;assigned&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;Plant&nbsp;Manager</li><li>Flexible hours and on-call work will be required</li></ul><h1>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</h1><ul><li>Preferred candidates will have at least 5 years&rsquo; industrial maintenance experience, preferably&nbsp;in a continuous process industry or two years post-secondary education in a technical school or&nbsp;college&nbsp;education&nbsp;with&nbsp;a&nbsp;concentration&nbsp;in&nbsp;industrial&nbsp;technology&nbsp;or&nbsp;an&nbsp;equivalent&nbsp;combination of work experience and education</li><li>Operate the usage of current maintenance management system</li><li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;read&nbsp;and&nbsp;interpret&nbsp;P&amp;ID&nbsp;drawings,&nbsp;mechanical&nbsp;drawings,&nbsp;and&nbsp;understand process concepts, control systems, and instrumentation</li><li>Familiar&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;basic&nbsp;operation&nbsp;of&nbsp;centrifugal&nbsp;pumps,&nbsp;centrifugal&nbsp;compressors,&nbsp;reciprocating compressors, gearboxes, piping and valves, and rigging</li><li>Must&nbsp;have&nbsp;experience&nbsp;working&nbsp;with&nbsp;120/220/480&nbsp;VAC&nbsp;electrical&nbsp;systems</li><li>Highly&nbsp;organized&nbsp;with the&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;tasks&nbsp;and&nbsp;prioritize&nbsp;work</li><li>Must&nbsp;be&nbsp;a&nbsp;U.S.&nbsp;citizen&nbsp;or&nbsp;a&nbsp;non-U.S.&nbsp;citizen&nbsp;having&nbsp;legal&nbsp;status&nbsp;to&nbsp;reside&nbsp;and&nbsp;work&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;U.S. for reasons other than practical training</li><li>Proven&nbsp;leadership,&nbsp;persuasiveness,&nbsp;initiative,&nbsp;adaptability,&nbsp;and&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills&nbsp;are&nbsp;necessary for success in this position</li><li>Must&nbsp;be&nbsp;able&nbsp;to&nbsp;work&nbsp;safely&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;production&nbsp;environment;&nbsp;Must&nbsp;be&nbsp;physically&nbsp;capable&nbsp;of performing job-related tasks and job duties.
