Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence directly supports our therapeutic mission.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>🔑 <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY</span>:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Restoring client rooms to pristine condition after discharge, ensuring a welcoming space for new arrivals</li>\n<li>Maintaining daily cleanliness in occupied client rooms including trash removal, bathroom restocking, and ensuring clean showers</li>\n<li>Managing linen services by changing bed sheets, blankets, and pillowcases as scheduled or requested</li>\n<li>Performing comprehensive facility cleaning using appropriate cleaning agents and sanitation guidelines</li>\n<li>Vacuuming carpeted areas and maintaining the highest level of cleanliness throughout the facility</li>\n<li>Keeping office spaces clean and organized while managing trash removal</li>\n<li>Conducting weekly deep cleaning sessions in all public use areas</li>\n<li>Following Universal infection control and OSHA Bloodborne pathogen standards for all cleaning procedures</li>\n<li>Implementing special cleaning protocols for clients with infectious diseases per OSHA standards</li>\n<li>Ensuring safety precautions are maintained to prevent client and staff falls or slips</li>\n<li>Managing cleaning supply inventory and budget while preventing waste, theft, or misuse</li>\n<li>Adapting quickly to changing priorities and handling additional essential tasks as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>💎<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">IDEAL CANDIDATE</span>💎</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You take pride in creating spaces that promote healing and comfort. Your work ethic and attention to detail contribute to our clients' recovery environment every single day.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>✨ <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred</li>\n<li>2+ years of housekeeping experience preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to perform continuous physical work including standing, stooping, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 50 pounds</li>\n<li>Experience climbing ladders safely as needed</li>\n<li>Proficiency with common house cleaning equipment including mops, scouring pads, and vacuum cleaners</li>\n<li>Knowledge of equipment care, cleaning solution measurements, and hazard awareness</li>\n<li>Strong ability to follow oral and written instructions</li>\n<li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Teams</li>\n<li>Tolerance for stress and ability to adapt to rapid changes in priorities</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and positive, can-do attitude</li>\n<li>Commitment to maintaining high quality standards and continuous improvement</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p>📋<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WORK ENVIRONMENT</span>:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full Time, Hourly position supervised by WST Leader<br></li>\n<li>High-pressure, sometimes unpredictable environment requiring stress tolerance</li>\n<li>Residential treatment facility focused on women's mental health recovery</li>\n<li>Drug screening and background check required<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>🌊 <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">READY TO MAKE WAVES?</span> 🌊 Join our mission to create healthier, happier lives for women on their healing journey!
