Inventory management of raw materials consigned to contract manufacturing business partners</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">2. Overall order fulfillment and delivery performance and cost control</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">3. Position will actively manage and transact within company systems materials flowing through the supply chain</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">4. Must have high level of attention to detail, and critical thinking to analyze reporting for errors</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities / Statement of Work: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Responsible for managing consigned inventory at Malaysia manufacturing sites</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- SAP transactions management for inventory movement through production sites ensuring systematic records are accurate tracking</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Inventory cycle count management at the Malaysian facility and offsite locations</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Work closely with the CM factory to build shipment schedules to meet OTD requests, full flow management from materials pull in to FGs out</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Product management from NPI to EOL in the Penang site, including excess clearance</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Product change implementation including ECO/TDN, PCN, component LTB in the Penang site</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- SAP SO/PO system handling</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Process readiness for NPI in Penang</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Production capacity review weekly and long-term production capabilities, working with the engineering team to make production plans</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Work with the CM factory, internal purchasing and planning team for materials shortage review and follow up</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Support of Logistics/Planning function and inventory transactions for all other sites as required</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Consignment shipment management: reconciliation report with the CM factory</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- CM factory billing validation, cost analysis/reporting and cost saving project involvement</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Other assignments by manager</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Education and Experience:</span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Excellent Malay, English &amp; Chinese speaking and writing skills</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- 5+ years’ experience in Inventory management</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">- Microsoft tool experience, Excel, PowerPoint</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Competencies:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 10pt\">SAP transactions experience is preferred</span></p>",
