    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">The Middle/High Student Success Coach (SSC) plays a vital role in helping Dream Center Evansville (DCE) students thrive. SSCs walk alongside students within the school setting and in out-of-school programs—encouraging academic growth, building character, fostering strong relationships, and supporting spiritual formation. By partnering with school staff, families, and the DCE team, SSCs create a consistent environment where students are motivated to learn, equipped to set and achieve goals, and empowered to pursue their future with confidence.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Principal Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Student Success Coaching</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Partner with school staff to provide in-school support for DCE students and promote student accountability and achievement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Facilitate small group and one-on-one meetings during the school day, focusing on social and emotional learning and individualized goal setting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Engage with students during lunch periods and other key moments in coordination with school staff.</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Academic Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Provide and facilitate academic support in coordination with DCE’s Academic Development team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Create an environment that challenges and encourages students academically, fosters belief in their potential, and motivates them toward college or other postsecondary opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Develop and implement college and career readiness activities and initiatives.</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Program Facilitation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Plan and implement engaging out-of-school program activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensure programs are safe, enjoyable, and aligned with DCE’s Cradle to Career Pathway milestones.</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Spiritual Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Foster an environment within out-of-school programs that encourages students’ walk with Christ.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Implement ministry lessons and activities in collaboration with DCE’s Director of Discipleship and Christian Mission.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Provide spiritual mentoring that supports students’ growth in their faith.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Job Specifications Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Preferred: Experience working with youth and families in under-resourced communities. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse cultural and social backgrounds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Models behavior that is consistent with Christ’s teaching.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Is a member or regular attender of a Bible-believing church.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Has a personal saving relationship with Jesus Christ.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Can multitask effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Passionate about changing the lives of students in the Jacobsville community.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrates strong relationship building skills with youth and adults.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Conditions of Employment:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must be 21 or over.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Hold a valid driver’s license.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Criminal background check must show no conviction of a felony or misdemeanor crime including, but not limited to abuse, drugs or alcohol, neglect, theft or fraud.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;
