Discover more at [www.SyBridge.com](<a href=\"http://www.SyBridge.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http://www.SyBridge.com</a>).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p>Manages key customer accounts while driving financial performance across revenue, margins, forecasting, and profitability, combining account management with financial oversight.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts</li>\n<li>Manage customer relationships, forecasts, and growth opportunities</li>\n<li>Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and quality to meet customer needs</li>\n<li>Resolve customer issues and support continuous improvement</li>\n<li>Own account P&amp;L including revenue, margins, and profitability</li>\n<li>Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting</li>\n<li>Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts</li>\n<li>Perform monthly variance analysis with insights and action plans</li>\n<li>Manage pricing, cost analysis, and contract negotiations</li>\n<li>Allocate shared costs (HR, IT, overhead) appropriately</li>\n<li>Ensure financial accuracy and support leadership reporting</li>\n<li>Identify cost savings and margin improvement opportunities</li>\n<li>Adhoc reports</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field</li>\n<li>5+ years account management or finance/controller role</li>\n<li>Strong financial acumen (P&amp;L, forecasting, variance analysis)</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and analytical skills</li>\n<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our commitment to you…</span> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>SyBridge Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of any kind.
