          "text": "<p>Tradewin is seeking a <strong>Managing Consultant</strong> to lead our <strong>TradeDesk</strong> operations focused on dedicated key account operations as well as one of the HTS Classification verticals. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of <strong>15–20 operational employees</strong> focused on:</p><ul><li><strong>HTS Classification</strong></li><li><strong>Shipment Management</strong></li><li><strong>Document Generation</strong></li><li><strong>Partner Government Agency (PGA) Requirements</strong></li></ul><p>The Managing Consultant will report directly to the <strong>Senior Manager of TradeDesk</strong> and play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and team development.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage daily operations of the TradeDesk team.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely execution of HTS classification and shipment document creation.</li><li>Oversee compliance with PGA requirements and other regulatory obligations.</li><li>Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.</li><li>Manage customer escalations and relationships to enhance customer partnerships.</li><li>Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management for team members.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve issues and deliver solutions.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
