The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $79,827 - $105,767. &nbsp;Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&amp;C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Quality Control Implementation: Establish and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet required specifications.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Issue Investigation: Identify, investigate, and resolve manufacturing quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Process Auditing: Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to verify compliance with established standards.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Customer Escape Containment: Assist in customer escape containment and resolution processes by gathering data, analyzing defects, and contributing to corrective actions as part of a team.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) Reduction: Participate in cost of poor quality (COPQ) metric implementation and improvements. Drive COPQ reduction and production stop activities by supporting root cause analysis and applying approved corrective measures.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Documentation Review: Help verify accuracy in prints and acceptance criteria, contributing to defect identification, disposition, and deviation processes while adhering to established quality protocols.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Quality Support &amp; Collaboration: Provide quality support for operations, working closely with production teams to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvements.
