    "description": "<p>Brigid Collins is currently seeking Child Care Workers for our Incredible Years program in Whatcom and Skagit Counties</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Purpose:</span> Brigid Collins’s mission is to strengthen community health and resilience by providing comprehensive support to children and their families.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scope of Services: </span>To perform childcare services and other duties in line with Brigid Collins policies, procedures, and code of conduct.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation: </span>Childcare contractors will be paid an hourly rate of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$19.13</span> for services.  Please note, this is a<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> part-time, temporary position</span> that does not guarantee weekly hours.  When services are needed, average hours are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">3-5 per week</span>. </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Duties include but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist Brigid Collins staff with childcare (supervision, activities, assisting with meals).</li>\n<li>Act with integrity and professionalism.</li>\n<li>Maintain confidentiality of Brigid Collins’ clients.</li>\n<li>Maintain a warm, open-minded attitude with children and caregivers.</li>\n<li>Learn and use evidence-based skills when interacting with children.</li>\n<li>Always maintain a safe and clean environment and inform supervisor of unsafe conditions.</li>\n<li>Assist with preparation and clean up.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Child Care Worker</span> agrees to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere to Brigid Collins child safety and confidentiality policies.</li>\n<li>Complete all Brigid Collins required training.</li>\n<li>Participate in ongoing supervision and staff meetings.</li>\n<li>Complete Washington State Food Handler’s Training.</li>\n<li>Complete First Aid/ CPR Training.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Brigid Collins will reimburse staff for background check and training fees associated with this position.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Current Incredible Years groups in Skagit County will be held at the Children's Museum</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
