    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Trustee &amp; Depositary&nbsp;to join our Trustee &amp; Depositary team. This role is located in Frankfurt.</p>\n<p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Under the direction of the Team Manager, acting as daily contact person for designated clients / KVGs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>The role is responsible for processing, T&amp;D services to clients / KVGs to ensure delivery of correct regulation controls to clients / KVGs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Supports the Team Manager and other team members in ensuring that all controls and procedures being performed as well as helping to ensure that service levels meet and exceed client / KVG regulatory and legal requirements.</li>\n <li>The position requires knowledge of T&amp;D (Depotbank) convention and techniques, understanding of Investment Compliance, workflows, procedures and controls and quality standards</li>\n <li>Process the following tasks within the Depotbank department.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>They shall be executed within the guidelines and procedures provided by BNY and under the supervision and guidance of a Supervisor and Team Manager</li>\n <li>Under the guidance of experienced team members, the analysts performs controls, reviews fund prospectuses for UCITS and AIFs, assist with static data maintenance, and prepare.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Goal is to deliver error-free and on-time processing aligned to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain an understanding of the client / KVG business and market requirements</li>\n <li>Respond to all client / KVG and BNY in-house requests in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Preparation of the relevant documentation for external and internal audit in close cooperation with senior team members and / or Management</li>\n <li>Perform and reviews daily / periodic controls as required or assigned</li>\n <li>Ensuring that daily work flows, procedures and controls are effectively executed in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Support Team in improving work flows in accordance with BNY procedures and controls, legal requirements and client requirements.</li>\n <li>Monitor areas for risk and minimizes potential loss and exposure&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Participate in special projects as required.</li>\n <li>Keep &nbsp;up to date of internal and external developments (e.g. regulations) which could affect client services operations</li>\n <li>Support in coordination of activities over Depotbank teams and other BNY departments&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Education: Banking/business education or comparable qualification; early experience in investment Compliance or depotbank/compliance is a plus.</li>\n <li>Experience: 1–4 years relevant experience.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with relevant systems (e.g., Xentis) is a plus, with onboarding provided.</li>\n <li>Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial instruments (securities, FX, simple derivatives); willingness to develop knowledge of regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Accuracy, reliability, and accountability; structured and documentation-secure approach.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Good written and verbal German and English; collaborative, client service mindset.</li>\n <li>Good communicator and Team playing spirit is a must.</li>\n <li>Frame of mind focused on productivity; willingness to take more duties, expand team.</li>\n <li>Preferred to have Process Improvement experiences / skills, e.g. to design / establish new detailed processes to run the company better, Documentation skills, e.g. procedures / manual</li>\n <li>Strong Risk Control: monitoring and adhering legal and compliance responsibilities</li>\n</ul>",
