The Senior Project Manager, Third-Party Coordination, will lead a skilled team in working together with project staff, external transit partners and stakeholders to deliver on intended project and third-party benefits and outcomes on time, on schedule, on budget, and with a safety-first mindset.\n</div>\n<p style=\"margin-left:8pt\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>What&nbsp;will&nbsp;I&nbsp;be doing?</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leading a team of subject matter experts in the fields of real estate and land acquisitions, infrastructure and utilities, traffic and transportation, permits and approvals, as well as stakeholder management to support the successful delivery of the SSE project.</li>\n <li>Conducting annual internal and external resource planning activities within purview assigned by Director to ensure proportionate resources are available to meet the lifecycle needs of the project within established budget limits.</li>\n <li>Assign, coach and manage work plans, assignments/deliverables of related disciplines to ensure adherence to timelines, achievement of performance objectives and develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Developing and executing strategies to accelerate SSE design and permitting approvals by relevant authorities having jurisdiction, leveraging the tools within the <i>Building Transit Faster Act</i>, if and where warranted.</li>\n <li>Facilitate negotiations and timely decision through established governance structure with transit partners to effectively manage project delivery risks.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Chair and/or be an active participant at established governance tables.</li>\n <li>Maintaining and enhancing risk management framework, plans, reports, and related key performance indicators among accountable disciplines.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensuring timely risk and issues management practices and procedures are implemented by your team and escalated through an established governance structure, as may be required, with options and recommendations for how to eliminate identified risks, or to mitigate and close out active issues expeditiously as the case may be.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Prepare and present detailed reports and materials for internal and external stakeholder groups as directed, as well as work closely with communications staff in the preparation and delivery of various community engagement activities. Participate in briefings&nbsp;to elected officials and other external stakeholders as required.</li>\n <li>Working 5 days per week from the main project office located at 100 Consilium Place, Scarborough.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>What&nbsp;Skills&nbsp;and&nbsp;Qualifications&nbsp;Do&nbsp;I&nbsp;Need?</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completion&nbsp;of&nbsp;a&nbsp;degree&nbsp;in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business&nbsp;Administration, Project Management, or&nbsp;a&nbsp;related&nbsp;discipline –&nbsp;or&nbsp;a&nbsp;combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience in engineering, architecture, and project management services associated with the planning, design, commercial, contract administration, and construction of transit stations or railway corridor infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Detailed understanding of different procurement strategies, delivery methodologies (DBB, DB, DBFM, DBFOM). Experience with collaborative models including Progressive Design Build is an asset.</li>\n <li>Exceptional&nbsp;project&nbsp;management&nbsp;skills&nbsp;to&nbsp;lead&nbsp;and&nbsp;manage&nbsp;large complex projects.
