Description

About Ratio Therapeutics Ratio Therapeutics is committed to improving and extending the lives of cancer patients without sacrificing their quality of life. We are a team of passionate scientists, engineers, and business professionals dedicated to advancing the field of targeted radioligand therapy.  To accomplish this, we utilize our proprietary TRILLIUM™ and MACROPA™ platforms:  TRILLIUM™ allows fine-tuning of radioligand pharmacokinetics thereby enhancing the therapeutic index, while MACROPA™ simplifies the manufacturing process for the alpha-emitting isotope, actinium-225. These enabling platform technologies have resulted in an emergent pipeline of novel therapeutic candidates. We are looking for talented, dedicated, and creative individuals eager to help us advance these technologies from discovery research through clinical development. Join us in our quest to become the leading innovator in radioligand therapy and improve the lives of cancer patients and their families. About the Position Ratio is seeking an experienced Laboratory Operations and Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, facility maintenance, and environmental health and safety (EH&S) activities across our Boston site. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, coordinate internal and external resources to maintain a safe and efficient working environment, and support the research and development teams in daily laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage biotech environment with complex lab and facility needs. Key Responsibilities Support routine laboratory operations and facilities coordination for the Boston site. Help coordinate preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and vendor visits for facility systems and laboratory equipment. Receive, triage, and help route lab and facility requests to the appropriate internal team members or external service providers. Track service schedules, maintenance activities, certifications, and calibrations for shared laboratory infrastructure and core equipment. Order, receive, stock, and track shared lab supplies, consumables, and PPE. Maintain organized records related to inventory, asset tracking, service providers, and routine facility activities in partnership with Finance and IT. Assist with waste management logistics, shipping coordination, and related documentation in accordance with established procedures. Help maintain clean, organized, and inspection-ready lab and common spaces by coordinating with internal staff and external vendors. Follow established SOPs, checklists, and workflows for lab, facility, and safety-related activities, and assist with updates to those documents as needed. Assist with onboarding logistics and routine training coordination related to laboratory operations and site procedures. • Support EH&S-related administrative and coordination tasks, including scheduling safety walk-throughs, helping track permit renewals, and maintaining related records. Partner cross-functionally with scientific, operations, and safety teams to support daily execution of lab and facility activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, facilities management, or a related field. 5+ of relevant experience in lab operations, facilities coordination, laboratory support, or a similar role in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or research environment. Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance visits, service schedules, or workplace support activities in a laboratory or technical setting. Proven ability to manage supplies, ordering, receiving, and inventory records with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with laboratory EH&S practices and requirements relevant to shared research environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across scientific and operational teams. Demonstrated reliability, follow-through, and comfort managing multiple routine priorities in a dynamic environment. Commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-quality work environment. The annual base salary for this role is expected to range between $125,000.00 and $145,000.00. This range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, work experience, skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
