    "description": "<p>Dubak Electrical Group is seeking to add an Associate Safety Professional position to our growing Indianapolis team. This individual must possess a minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a construction safety professional. This position will require visiting job sites in the Greater Indianapolis area several times per week.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Skill Requirements:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work under the direction of the Safety Director to audit safety performance of personnel in an Industrial Construction setting</li>\n<li>Partner well with both internal and external business partners</li>\n<li>Maintain safety records regarding employee safety training, regulatory compliance data, incident reporting, drug/alcohol testing, and safety pre-qualification/re-qualification processes</li>\n<li>Basic experience in and general knowledge of the Electrical/Mechanical construction safety planning process, hazard identification/mitigation, and incident investigation processes</li>\n<li>Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including moderate skills in software such as Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Programs</li>\n<li>Ability to learn and complete continuing education programs (paid for by company) through inter-company training, seminars, third-party educational programs,  and through select university resource training as directed by the Safety Director</li>\n<li>Understand safety training and ability to confirm comprehension of safety training of each employee under the direction of Safety Director</li>\n<li>Conduct weekly on-site safety audits and observations, document audits, and communicate with field supervisors regarding the results of safety audits and observations.</li>\n<li>Must be organized and detail oriented</li>\n<li>General knowledge in compliance standards and interpretations for Industrial Construction</li>\n<li>Be a self-starter and take initiative when you see that matters need to be addressed </li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines (efficient time management skills are needed)<br></li>\n<li>Travel is required throughout Indiana on a weekly basis, and travel to regional office/jobsites at least once per month – travel and accommodations paid for by Dubak Electrical Group</li>\n<li>Individual must have a valid Driver's License and a clean MVR</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 for Construction is required</li>\n<li>OSHA 500 certification is preferred, but can also be provided at company expense.</li>\n<li>Completion of an Occupational Health and Safety degree is preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary</li>\n<li>Comprehensive Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, among numerous other voluntary benefits)</li>\n<li>6 Paid Holidays</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO) </li>\n<li>401(k) and Profit Sharing </li>\n<li>Training Reimbursement Program</li>\n<li>Positive Work/Life Balance</li>\n<li>Opportunity for Advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>Dubak Electrical Group, LLC and its affiliates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
