          "text": "<p>As a Senior Business Analyst you will join the wealth management group of a leading investment bank focused on Data Governance. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Engaging/Leading Data Stewards, Data Owners, and business SMEs to define Key Data Elements (KDEs), business rules and data quality controls</li><li>Serving as an internal expert for reports, data definitions, data quality and data lineage </li><li>Partnering with the Group Data Management Organization to review and validate data lineage </li><li>Profiling and analyzing data to develop insights and enable requirement gathering</li><li>Defining and documenting data quality requirements for KDEs so that data is complete and accurate</li><li>Working with IT to translate business requirements into technical specifications </li><li>Defining test cases, perform user acceptance testing liaising with the Test Manager , QA and Development throughout the release process  </li><li>Managing data quality monitoring and remediation process</li><li>Building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and high quality delivery </li><li>Communicating the importance of managing data as an asset in all aspects of the role</li><li>Working as a part of a team of analysts to ensure consistent data across the organization</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p></p><ul><li>4+ years of experience in the investment banking / wealth management industry</li><li>5+ years of business analyst experience with 3+ years in the data related projects</li><li>Business analysis and data wrangling (transforming and mapping) experience</li><li>Solid knowledge of data management principles and processes </li><li>Hands on knowledge of data analysis, data profiling with SQL, IDQ or any other tools</li><li>Experience with data root cause analysis and cross functional resolution of data issues</li><li>Ability to break down complex problems into components, identify root causes, and establish resolution plans</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication (orally and written) skills with ability to interact with all levels of management</li><li>Ability to effectively breakdown and communicate complex concepts to business and operation partners </li><li>Ability to adapt to change and to detect and respond to evolving business needs</li><li>Analytical and logical </li><li>Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and creatively as well as within a team</li><li>Team player, collaborative and inclusive</li></ul><p></p>",
