This position will have a direct impact on meeting our productivity targets and our customers&rsquo; expectations.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for DC-DC products (documentation, troubleshooting, analysis, and qualification) to meet Production Yield Goals.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Support production by troubleshooting DC-DC Converters, supporting functional tests, and providing trimming process guidance.</li><li>Ensure non-conformances are resolved from failure mode to root cause through corrective and preventative action.</li><li>Perform analyses (Stress and Thermal Analysis, MTBF &ndash;Reliability) as necessary.</li><li>Design and develop test hardware, using Cadence Allegro, and perform simulations for analysis.</li><li>Support the release of design packages and review customer specification datasheets.</li><li>Support external tests, such as vibration and shock, and radiation tests, including Total Ionizing Dose (TID) and Single Event Effects (SEE).</li><li>Develop and implement test fixtures for ATE (Chroma) conversion projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Initiate, write &amp; release new test programs to ensure timely new-product release to production.</li><li>Perform test validation, improvement, qualification, and release to production per corporate standards and procedures.</li><li>Work with operations to identify and document test improvement opportunities.</li><li>Support the test engineering and design teams in defining proper test concepts.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Other Duties &amp;
