    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Clinician to join our growing team. This role involves working with a diverse caseload of youth and adults, providing evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to individual needs. Both part-time and full-time caseloads are available, and clinicians are not responsible for generating their own referrals.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide individual and/or family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults</li><li>Develop and implement personalized treatment plans</li><li>Utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)</li><li>Support clients with a range of mental health needs, including individuals with Level 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field</li><li>Active licensure or license eligibility (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)</li><li>Demonstrated experience with CBT, DBT, and ABA practices</li><li>Experience working with both youth and adult populations</li><li>Familiarity with or experience supporting individuals with Level 1 ASD preferred</li><li>Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible part-time and full-time caseload options</li><li>Steady stream of referrals provided (no need to source your own clients)</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li><p>Opportunities for professional growth&nbsp;</p></li><li>Competitive compensation</li></ul><p>If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse population, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
