Main Duties & Responsibilities Primary Job Role Acts as first point of contact for customers and others either calling in by telephone or by entering the premises. Greets customers and visitors and directs them accordingly. Answers phones promptly. Takes messages and routes them to their proper destination. Alerts all departments of incoming fax messages.
