Operating within the Technical Team department, you will play a vital role in keeping client equipment operational. You will coordinate breakdowns with Customer Care, plan complex installations, deliver on-site technical interventions, and upskill both our internal Field Service Team and global dealer network.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Service Coordination</span>: Assist the Customer Care team by organizing, troubleshooting, and prioritizing ongoing breakdown and service job schedules.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">On-Site Field Interventions</span>: Travel to customer and dealer sites globally to perform advanced diagnostic, repair, and commissioning work.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Installation Planning</span>: Create detailed technical plans, schematics review, resource requirements, and timelines for new baler and compactor installations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Dealer &amp; Team Development</span>: Identify technical knowledge gaps to design and deliver targeted training initiatives for the Field Service Team and international dealers.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">System Diagnostics</span>: Troubleshooting complex, integrated mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems to resolve critical, high-pressure equipment failures.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Feedback Loop</span>: Document field failure modes and collaborate with the Product Solutions Manager to drive continuous product engineering improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education</span>: Degree, diploma, or certified apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Expertise</span>: Strong, hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hydraulic systems</span> (valves, pumps, cylinders) and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">electrical systems</span> (PLCs, relays, wiring looms).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equipment Experience</span>: Minimum 3 years working directly on industrial machinery, ideally including waste compactors, balers, or similar heavy processing equipment.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Planning</span>: Demonstrated success in planning complex, multi-day machinery installations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mobility &amp; Travel</span>: Possession of a valid passport and driver’s license, with the flexibility to travel locally and internationally at short notice.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication</span>: Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both non-technical customer care agents and experienced third-party dealers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills &amp; Certifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience delivering structured training or instructional mentoring in a workshop or classroom setting.</li>\n<li>Recognized certifications in fluid power (hydraulics) or electrical safety regulations.</li>\n<li>Experience utilizing field service management software (CRM) for tracking jobs and logging service reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base salary with overtime/travel premium allowances.</li>\n<li>Continuous training on next-generation machinery, control systems, and industry safety standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>",
