Leads estimating efforts for large, complex, or strategic projects. Reviews project plans and specifications to develop accurate and competitive bids. Collaborates with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project requirements and scope. Analyzes historical data and market trends to improve estimating accuracy. Prepares and presents estimate reports and documentation to support project proposals and budgeting. Plays a key role in preconstruction strategy, risk management, and business development. Ensures compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the estimating process. Mentors junior estimators and contributes to continuous improvement of estimating practices.
