    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Scarsella Bros., Inc.  is currently seeking highly motivated candidates to join our team. </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EXPERIENCE LEVEL</span></p>\n<p><span>Intermediate</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</span></p>\n<p><span>• Work independently or with industry specialist to trouble shoot/diagnose problem with production machinery<br>• Set-up, run, troubleshoot, and tear down mining machinery<br>• Experience with diesel engines, hydraulic, pneumatic and 24V electrical systems<br>• Trouble shoot machinery errors<br>• Communicate issues with machines to project management when necessary<br>• Work with equipment operators to ensure machines are running safely and properly<br>• Perform required re-fueling and lubrication task.<br>• Perform other duties as required.<br>• Ability to perform work in a safe manner, while following best practices and in accordance with company policies </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p><span>• </span><span>5+ years of direct Heavy Equipment Mechanic experience  with repair on yellow iron. <br>• Ability to understand, follow, and communicate written and oral instructions with management or supervision.<br>• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and layout tools safe and efficiently</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<p><span>• Able to meet all physical requirement<br>• Able to work outdoor in all weather conditions<br>• Able to climb, work at heights, and in confined spaces<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Wages:</span></p>\n<p><span>$62.85 per hour. New hires must join Operating Engineer Local 302. Health Insurance and Pension are administered by Union. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
