Apply now!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US.<br></li>\n<li>Previous construction experience is preferred, but not mandatory.</li>\n<li>Ability to perform tasks involving physical labor at project construction sites.</li>\n<li>Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job responsibilities and description:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working alongside contractors and other construction workers at a job site</li>\n<li>Identifying hazards - Identify hazards that workers on the platform may not be able to see, such as overhead hazards.</li>\n<li>Removing obstructions - Spotters are responsible for identifying and removing ground obstructions to ensure the stability of the scissor lift.</li>\n<li>Traffic control- Implement traffic control measures to keep other workers and vehicles away from the scissor lift.</li>\n<li>Ground guides - Spotters can use ground guides when moving or operating the scissor lift.</li>\n<li>Being visible - The spotter remains visible to truck and equipment operators when they are moving.</li>\n<li>Cleaning areas where your trade will be working.</li>\n<li>Various duties or tasks relating to your trade’s scope of work assigned by Senior Superintendent or Project Manager</li>\n<li>Required to work weekends or overtime depending on the needs of the jobsite you are actively working at.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job details:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Starting pay at $18.00 per hour</li>\n<li>Full time role, guaranteed 40 hours of work</li>\n<li>Monday through Friday with weekends as needed</li>\n<li>Weekly pay, every Friday<br></li>\n<li>Benefits: <span style=\"font-size: 15px\">PTO, Long-Term Disability insurance fully paid for by company, optional enrollment in company’s Medical, Dental and Vision insurance plans</span></li>\n<li>Work Location: Onsite at Red Oak/ Lancaster, TX<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
