We invite you to join us in our vision of &ldquo;Making Lives Better!&rdquo;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential duties and responsibilities of the Caregiver:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shift hours: Multiple full-time and part-time openings</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Potential on-call rotation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Caregiver performs direct care for persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a residential setting for male or female residents</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Caregiver is responsible for training, transporting, preparation of meals, feeding, bathing, toileting, medication administration and maintaining a safe and clean environment for the residents, and other duties associated with daily living</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Transports consumers to and from scheduled day programs, outings, appointments, and recreational functions as required. Includes transporting in cars, minivans, and 15 passenger vans.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Order, stock, inventory, and rotate food supplies to maintain sufficient quantities to facilitate the operation of the group home with household needs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required qualifications of the Caregiver to be successful in the job:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">One semester (12 credit hours) of accredited college work; or minimum of eighth grade reading comprehension level as evidenced by score on the Adult Basic Learning Examination (ABLE) test</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Employees may be required to utilize their personal mobile phones for two-factor authentication (2FA).
