As Consumer Service Manager, you will ensure that customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues are handled quickly, professionally, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ready to perform? Your tasks with MAXXimum focus Consumer Service Operations Manage and process customer tickets using Greyhound Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and escalations across all service channels Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and solution-oriented manner Ensure professional communication with consumers and external partners Monitor ticket resolution times and service quality standards Order & Complaint Management Process customer complaints and product claims in accordance with internal procedures Transfer and maintain customer orders and relevant data within SAP systems Coordinate order corrections, replacements, refunds, and returns Work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, E-Commerce, and Quality teams to resolve customer issues Ensure accurate documentation of all customer cases and actions taken Process Improvement & Reporting Identify recurring customer issues and support the implementation of corrective actions Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation Support reporting on ticket volumes, complaint trends, and service performance Your skillset - as strong as our protein 2+ years of experience in Consumer Service, Customer Support, Customer Care, or a similar role Experience working with ticketing systems (Greyhound experience is a plus) Experience with SAP or other ERP systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
