Must be self-motivated and maintain a full range of knowledge and proficiency in a large scope of rigging equipment&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:11.25pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;background:white;'><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;color:black;'>Duties may include, but are not limited to:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:undefined;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black;'>QC all rigging equipment for all departments.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black;'>Follow all SOP and best practices on what to look for on defective gear and or dangers.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black;'>Work primarily in the warehouse to QC, pull, set up, test, and review equipment. &nbsp;Diagnose equipment (Motor fly cable, distro&rsquo;s, wire rope, span sets shackles, cheese Borough, all load burring hardware) in preparation for shows.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black;'>Receive and count sub-rentals rigging equipment and assist to move cases to staging area and fill order.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black;'>Report on condition of sub-rental equipment.
