    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Come join us for a challenging and highly rewarding summer!! We are looking for highly motivated, positive self-starters to join our team! Here's what you can expect:</p><ul><li>$0.12-$0.14/tree piece work and you can expect earnings in the range of $200-$500/day (the more you plant the more you earn!)</li><li>3:1 schedule (3 days on 1 day off)&nbsp;</li><li>Planting season runs from early May until mid-July and resumes early August&nbsp;</li><li>Fast land that is mostly mechanically site prepped with majority of blocks trenched</li><li>All blocks have road access and transportation will be provided</li><li>There is an opportunity to work within your community (see list below) or within one of our camps. Camp living costs are $25/day, including meals and full amenities (showers, wifi, TV)</li><li>We provide planting equipment at no cost to you. You only need to have your own appropriate footwear and a high visibility shirt/vest.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Seasons/Terms – Join us for some or all of these options!</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Spring Planting season runs from early May to mid-July</span></li><li><span>Fall planting season runs from Early to Mid-August to Late September (or until you go back to school for students!)</span></li><li><span>Cone picking and other opportunities may be available in early August as well.</span></li></ul><p><br><span><strong>Locations:</strong></span><br><span>We are looking for local crews based out of Northern, Central, and Southern New Brunswick with various daily pick-up locations.</span><br><span>We are also looking for crews that will be based out of our camps in Sussex, Deersdale, and Black Brook.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
