It is a member of the Hackensack Meridian Health system and operates as a teaching hospital for complex neurological and rehabilitation care </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide <strong>day-to-day operational leadership</strong> for patient services, retail and catering food service operations within a healthcare setting</li>\n <li>Lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly associates, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and culinary excellence</li>\n <li>Serve as a <strong>subject matter expert</strong> in:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Food production and batch cooking</li>\n   <li>High-volume execution</li>\n   <li>Inventory management, <strong>par levels</strong>, and <strong>purchasing controls</strong></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Oversee <strong>retail-heavy operations</strong>, ensuring food quality, speed of service, and customer satisfaction</li>\n <li>Manage and support <strong>on-site catering services</strong>, including planning, execution, and quality controls</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all <strong>food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory standards</strong></li>\n <li>Partner with leadership and culinary team to drive continuous improvement in food quality, efficiency, and costs</li>\n <li>Support scheduling, payroll, labor optimization, and financial performance in alignment with budget expectations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
