This role focuses heavily on electrical troubleshooting and repair while also supporting general maintenance operations throughout the property.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, and wiring</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Diagnosing power outages, electrical malfunctions, and resident service concerns</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Completing preventative maintenance to ensure safety and system reliability</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performing general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and painting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responding to service requests and emergency maintenance calls in a timely manner</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preparing apartment homes for new residents with attention to detail and quality workmanship</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintaining grounds, common areas, and GOZones to company standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Documenting work orders accurately within company systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supporting a positive resident experience through professional and courteous communication</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Following all OSHA, safety, and company procedures</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3&ndash;5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in residential, commercial, or multifamily environments</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and preventative maintenance practices</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with general apartment maintenance preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">EPA, CAMT, or CPO certifications are a plus</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks daily<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Interested so far?
