Duties Overview:</span></span></span></p>\n<p><em><span><span>Training &amp; Learning</span></span><span> </span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Design, implement and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet identified training needs<span> </span></span><span>that</span><span><span> </span>align with organizational goals and<span> </span></span><span>objectives</span><span>.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Deliver training sessions to employees using various methods, such as classroom training, virtual training, and workshops, ensuring training sessions are engaging, interactive, and aligned with the learning<span> </span></span><span>objectives</span><span>.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote training initiatives, gather feedback, and provide updates on training progress</span><span>.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Evaluate</span><span><span> </span>training effectiveness and continuously make improvements in training materials/programs</span><span>.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Keep track of all training and learning efforts, including attendance, completion rates, and any past due training that needs to be addressed.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and<span> </span></span><span>new technologies</span><span><span> </span>in human resources, educational resources, and employee engagement.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Other duties as assigned.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><em><span><span>Employee Development</span></span><span><br></span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Cultivates a culture of continuous learning by<span> </span></span><span>identifying</span><span><span> </span>and supporting individual employee growth opportunities aligned with organizational goals.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Work with<span> </span></span><span>the HR Team</span><span><span> </span>to implement strategic HR programs and solutions that engage, develop, and<span> </span></span><span>retain</span><span><span> </span>employees.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Champions a strengths-based approach to employee development, helping staff understand and build on their unique gifts and contributions</span><span>.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Partners with supervisors and team leads to assess employee strengths, growth opportunities, and career aspirations through regular development conversations.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Promote Water for Good’s resources and tools that help employees take ownership of their own development journey.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide assistance to</span><span><span> </span>country HR teams with employee performance evaluations and ensure that employees are provided with clear directions, as needed.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Other duties as assigned</span><span>.<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Work Experience and Qualifications</span></span></span><span><br></span><em><span><span>Required Qualifications</span></span><span><br></span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Passion for Water for Good’s mission of transforming lives through sustainable access to safe water, as well as improved sanitation and hygiene, in places that need it most.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Business, Communication,<span> </span></span><span>Education,<span> </span></span><span>or a related field.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>5+ years of<span> </span></span><span>adult learning</span><span><span> </span>and</span><span><span> </span>training content development</span><span><span> </span>experience.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Advanced to fluent English language skills, both verbally and written.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Advanced to fluent French language skills, both verbally and written.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Excellent</span><span><span> </span>written and verbal communication skills.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong presentation skills.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Legally eligible to work in<span> </span></span><span>Ethiopia</span><span>;
