    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "Duties/Responsibilities:\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrate ability to operate and attach/hook-up all farm/heavy equipment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Visually inspect equipment and vehicles operated each day and report items in need of repair.</li>\n <li>Perform various manual labor duties including filling sprayer tanks with water and chemicals according to formula.</li>\n <li>Operates field-type sprayer equipment from (ATV) presses lever, points nozzle and applies herbicide to selected area.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Keep work areas and equipment clean.</li>\n <li>Perform all safety requirements as identified in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).</li>\n <li>Assist in training new employees. Attend and participate in company safety programs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to operate other equipment in the Functional area.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>Required Skills/Abilities:&nbsp;\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work daily and extended hours as necessary.</li>\n <li>Requires ability to properly manage and handle pesticides, fertilizers, fuels and lubricants.</li>\n <li>Requires ability to understand and comply with posted work rules and procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and be able to safely operate vehicles.</li>\n</ul>",
